Andrew S. Young

Much of my career has been spent building, owning, and investing in businesses and real estate.

That work spans real estate development and ownership, private investments, and entrepreneurial ventures, with a growing interest in technology and AI-enabled businesses. I take a long-term perspective as a principal, with an interest in how ideas become enduring businesses and places.

Public service has been another substantial part of my life.

I serve as a U.S. Army Reserve officer and previously spent a long career in the fire service, including leadership responsibilities. Those experiences have shaped how I think about responsibility, working with others, and making decisions.

I’m drawn to the places where different fields meet.

Real estate and urban development, private investing, entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence all offer different ways to explore what might come next. I enjoy learning from people working in other fields, connecting people with ideas and opportunities, and leaving room for unusual projects.
